About The Puffers The Puffers workout at least three times a week throughout the year. Thursday Nights (6:00p.m. - 7:00pm): Track Night at the Hume Oval followed by refreshments at the official club house. A strenuous workout of sprints, drills and longer distance on the oval and surrounds for a good hour. Each session is lead by one of the official Puffer certified coaches. Saturday Mornings (7:00pm start): Hill run up Razorback Range. We typically meet at the George parking lot at 6:45 a.m. and car pool up the mountain. This is typically followed by refreshments and sharing of knowledge at the Cutting Edge at 9:00 a.m. Sunday Mornings (7:15 a.m.): Long distance run/walk at Thirlmere Lakes. Runners (and wlakers) of all abilities run on an outbacl course at the lakes. Distances vary from 3 to 16+kms and usually followed by light refreshments and heavy discussion and th eparking lot. Other running, walking, swimming and cycling activities occur on a regular basis. Check the forum for last minute notices.
